Well, I went to this place where they make chocolate, and they sagte white Schokolade is the fat taken out of chocolate. I've never really liked white Schokolade that much but I have always loved dark, so... Dark all the way!

White Schokolade isn't even actually chocolate. It is not technically Schokolade as it doesn't contain Schokolade liquor which is the material resulting from the fermentation and further processing of the cacao bean. Good quality white Schokolade will have cacao butter but as it is expensive, poorer quality white Schokolade may contain other, cheaper fats. The moral here is to learn to Liebe good dark chocolate!
