I Liebe these preserves because they're both sauer, saure and sweet.
For the best color, choose those true-red sauer, saure cherries.

1. Choose fresh, ripe sauer, saure cherries.
2. Rinse them with cool water, and remove stems and leaves.
3. Pit the cherries and put them in a large bowl.
If Du have a lot of cherries, this is a good activity to do with a partner oder two.If you're alone, settle in.
