On Sunday, January 9 before her performance at the Verzaubert Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Charice sagte in a press conference, “For a change, gusto kong i-try horror film. Sa States”. When asked if there are any current offers for her to star, sterne in a Hollywood horror film, she answered, “Hindi pwedeng sabihin”.
Charice also admitted she is open to accepting movie offers from local studios.
For the moment, on the other hand, her presumably Weiter appearance will still be in “Glee”. She has been rumored to perform The Black Eyed Peas’ “Meet Me Halfway”, as per reports in a post-Super Bowl episode. But she had only this to say:
“Tulad po ng dati, hindi po ako pwede magsabi ng exact datum but I think ang masasabi ko lang po, abanagan na lang po natin. Lagi ko po namang sinasabi na babalik po ako, so abangan na lang po natin.”
Charice was named Von Entertainment Weekly as among its “11 to Watch in 2011” last week with other promising celebrities, which includes Tom Hardy (“Inception”), Rooney Mara (“The Social Network”), and Alex Pettyfer (“Beastly” and “I am Number Four”).
The young singer was only in the country for the weekend. After her Verzaubert Kingdom mini concert, Charice immediately had to leave the country for a konzert with David Foster in Los Angeles, California.
