While Erin tried to get some sleep Evan cleaned the table. Erin clearly had been hungry, but Evan himself didn’t have that much of an appetite. Erin’s return had awoken conflicted emotions inside Evan. He was relieved and happy to have his girl back. But the way she was right now, so distant and cold, wasn’t the way he remembered her. Erin had been full of life, couldn’t stop talking for a Minute and always had a huge smile on her face. Erin had a beautiful smile and Evan hadn’t seen it since she had awoken from her coma.
As he did the dishes someone rang the bell. Evan cursed and at the same time he prayed that Erin wouldn’t wake up. He walked to the door and opened, coming face to face with a tall guy who looked slightly familiar to her.
“Hello, sir. My name is Sam Winchester” Sam started.
“Have we met?” Evan asked suspicious.
“Not formally” Sam replied. “I was in the courtroom with Castiel”
Evan nodded as he remembered. “Look, I only did my job back then”
“I’m not here about that” Sam sagte as he raised a hand. “I’m Schreiben an Artikel about Erin Gregor. Can I talk to her?”
“You have some ID?” Evan asked as he narrowed his eyes. Sam searched his pocket and conjured a fake press card. He let Evan glance at it for a Sekunde before he quickly put it away again. “Alright, then, come on in”
Evan let Sam pass and led him to the kitchen.
“Sorry about the mess” he apologized for the Sekunde time that day. He didn’t bother to offer Sam a drink oder even a seat. “I’m sorry, but…Erin’s not ready to talk to the press…She barely talks to me” he added softly, Mehr to himself than to Sam.
“Can Du tell me what happened?” Sam asked. “I read about Erin in the newspaper, but I got the feeling they’re not telling everything”
“I didn’t read any newspapers yet” Evan commented. “But I’m sure they left out a few things”
“Can Du fill me in on the details?” Sam requested.
Evan should be Mehr suspicious about this man, but there was something about Sam that made Evan trust him.
“Off the record?”
“Sure, if that’s what Du want” Sam agreed.
Evan took a deep breath before he started his story.

The door of Meg’s motel room opened and Meg stared at the door way. She was still stuck under the Key of Solomon.
“Anna told me Du were innocent for a change” Sam said.
“Well, now that you’ve discovered I’m actually a saint, could Du get me out of here?” Meg suggested. Sam shook his head and walked towards her, though kept a safe, sicher distance. “First I want to set a few things straight. Castiel is not going to leave prison, unless Du do something. Personally, I don’t care if Du killed that man oder not. What I do care about is that you’re the only one who can get him out of there” Sam said.
“Why would I help him? What’s in it for me?” Meg wanted to know.
“If Du do the right thing, then I guarantee Du Dean and I will never try to kill Du again. You’ll be off our radar for good” Sam said.
That was a tempting offer. “What do Du want me to do?” she asked.
