The Weiter morning Terry messaged him saying to meet at the rendezvous at one o'clock. Cal deleted the text in case Emily oder Foster started to check his phone. He never imagined he would get involved in something like this, he didn't even know what the job was. He got up and went downstairs to find Emily had already gone to school. He picked up the phone and tried calling Foster.

'I just want to say i'm sorry about the other day. I've just got alot on my plate right now and i think a relationship would just tip it over the edge.'

Gillian was staring out of the window in her office. She was holding the feather in her hand, twirling it while she was thinking about her feahter man and where me might be. Then her thoughts turned to Cal and what she saw last night. "How can he act like everytihng was okay?".He was bleeding from his back that doesn't just happen. She was so engrossed in her thoughts she didn't hear Emily come in.

Cal was driving over to Gillian's . He kept going over and over in his head about what he was going to say to her. He kept thinking about what she was going to say him? What did she need to say? And how exactly was he going to tell her the truth?

Gillian stayed over at Cal's that night just to keep an eye on him. She slept on the couch but she could hear him moving around all night. He was back and vorwärts-, nach vorn to the bathroom all night and she could hear him scream sometimes. She didn't want to make anything worse so she just stayed where she was. In the morning Cal came down stairs to see her still sleeping. He went over and sat on the edge of the couch and stroked her hair. He didn't notice Emily come down stairs and come up behind him. Emily noticed that her dad was now stroking Gillian's cheek.
