Ingredients
for 4 servings

4 cups pancake mix
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 banana, sliced
¾ cup Schokolade chips

Preparation

Preheat ofen to 425˚F (220˚C).
Pour pancake mix, milk, and eggs into a bowl and mix just until combined.
Pour batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to the edges.
Place banane slices on oben, nach oben of the batter, followed Von the Schokolade chips.
Bake for 15 minutes, oder until golden brown.
Cut into squares and serve immediately, oder freeze up to 1 month. To reheat, place on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 Sekunden per pancake on the plate.

1 lb. strawberries strawberries, hulled and halved
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
Juice from half a lemon

FOR THE CAKE

2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 c. erdbeere compote
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
3/4 c. milk
Pink Essen coloring (optional)

FOR THE FROSTING

2 (8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. erdbeere compote
6 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt

Ingredients

16 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat ofen to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin pans with cupcake papers.
Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in cupcake papers.
Bake in preheated ofen 15 minutes, until golden and set.

1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened kakao powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, kakao powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 Minute 45 seconds.

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened kakao powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions

Preheat ofen to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 Minuten on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 Minuten in the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

2 tsp. vanilla extract
4½ c. powdered sugar

Ingredients

Cake Batter:

3 eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 cups sauer, saure cream
1.5 cups flour
1.5 teaspoons baking soda
1.5 tablespoons vanilla extract
Optional (choose one):
5 tablespoons kakao powder for Schokolade cupcakes
1.5 cups chopped nuts of any kind
1 cup canned mohn seed filling
* Du can combine kakao powder with either nuts oder mohn seeds.
** If using nuts just sprinkle them on oben, nach oben of the batter, once spooned in the cupcake pan.
***If using mohn seed filling incorporate after all the other ingredients have been mixed.
