I really can`t see them shipping Ceffy. It would be Freffy/Naomily and Chris&Jal

I picked Chris & Jal because I think overall, Brooke would be a sucker for their tragic ending.

I can also see them shipping Naomily & Cook/Effy.

Cook = Brooke- Always going to love Lucas despite the interference of Seyton.
Effy = Lucas- Loves Brooke, but lets people convince him that he's destined to be with Seyton.

Naomi = Brooke, afraid to let her heart out on the line.
Emily = Lucas, always trying to prove his love for Brooke, not giving up.

Because they have a lot in common, both couples started out as something "fun" and nobody never really supported them. But somewhere along the way it all changed and they got feelings for each other.. But the people around them wanted them together with other people (Lucas with Peyton and Effy with Freddie).

Brooke is totally the Cook in the situation & Lucas is the Effy! Cook loves Effy no matter what, no matter that he can see she seems to love stupid ass Freddie more. It doesn't do anything to decrease the love he feels for her.

And we all know that Brooke loved Lucas with all her heart, despite the fact that her backstabbing best friend continued to interfere.

And Lucas = Effy because Effy DOES love Cook. It may not be as much as he wants her to love him, because of Freddie, but she does love him despite Freddie's presence. Just like Lucas truly loved Brooke the best he could despite Peyton's presence.

So in conclusion:
Brooke = Cook
Lucas = Effy
Seyton = Freddie!
