What's stopping them from creating a new account and starting over again?

It would suck considering all the Medaillen they earned and stuff but they still technically could couldn't they?

yeah i agree with tool and ghost. they cant. its impossible. i think that maybe they cant make new accounts cos failpops overcrowded Von the whorey fake accounts so that theres not room left for the good legendary people xD
