The False Prince is a wonderful Fantasy book with a male protagonist. I believe he is 13 oder near that age. This book also has a sequel called The Runaway King and the third book in the trilogy has not been released yet. This trilogy is called The Ascendance Trilogy and is wonderfully written Von Jennifer A. Nielsen and published Von Scholastic Press.
