Introduction
The Beast is one of disney´s most interesting and unique characters because he has no counterpart in reality oder in myth oder legends he is a completly new creation of the Walt Disney company.
Glen Keane wanted a Design that looked like it could exist on earth but it should be something that Du have never seen before, so he combined traits from different Tiere and got a very cool and intresting design.
Glen Keane describes the Beast as "a twenty-one-year-old guy who's insecure, wants to be loved, wants to love, but has this ugly exterior and has to overcome this".
His personality
Can be described as angry and depressed at first but then after he meets Belle he slowly start to change into a happy, loving, kindhearted and a little naive person
But he is also very shy and awkward around Belle which i really like about him.
He is really shy and doesn´t know what to do and the fact that Belle helps him makes it so much cuter.
His Appearence
As a Beast: The Beast is not of any one species of animal, but a mixture of several animals. He has the head structure and horns of a buffalo, the arms and body of a bear, the eyebrows of a gorilla, the jaws, teeth, and mane of a lion, the tusks of a wild eber, wildschwein and the legs and tail of a wolf. He also bears resemblance to mythical monsters like the Minotaur oder a werewolf.
As a Human: The Prince is slightly taller than Belle with red shoulder-lenght hair and he is somewhat muscular.
He also has blue eyes, the one physical feature that does not change whether he is a beast oder a human.
His Wardrobe
To reflect his early personality, the Beast is seen shirt-less, with ragged, dark gray breeches, and a ragged reddish-colored cape with a golden colored circular-shaped clasp. Despite the actual color of his cape being a dark reddish color, The Beast's cape is Mehr often referenced to be purple. The reason for this change in color is unknown, although the most likely reason is because the color purple is often associated with royalty. After the Beast saves Belle from a pack of wolves, his dress-style changes, reflecting a Mehr refined personality. His dress style becomes Mehr disciplined, and the most referenced form of dress is his ballroom outfit, which consisted of a golden vest over a white dress hemd, shirt with a white kerchief, black dress pants trimmed with gold, and a navy blue ballroom tail mantel trimmed with gold, worn during the film's ballroom dance sequence.
My Favorit moments
I Liebe the whole movie but here is some of my Favorit moments with the beast.
The Ballroom dance sequence.
Its very beautiful and Du can really read the beasts emotions in it, he is so shy, nerveous awkward when they start dancing and Liebe that it´s so real.
Then we have the scene with the wolves, it really shows of his animal side and his strength in a very good way, and i like that he collapses after the fight because that shows that he is not invincible and it gives Belle the chance to save him.
The we have my Favorit scene, the moment when Belle says that she loves him.
It´s really sad and romantic at the same time and it does everything to make us belive that all hope is gone.

He goes through so many changes in his life and to me they are very belivable and here I will discuss why.
First his childhood:
Not much is know of his life before the enchantment except that he was like the prolouge says "Spoiled, Selfish and unkind" but that is all I need, I belive that he got the position of master at an early age and that made him that way.
I quess his parents died sometime before the story and that gave him too much power for a child and it gave him the character flaws that the Enchantress cursed him for.
