its annoying but with new users your gonna get those because they just got here and dont know what has and hasnt been asked yet. they cant help it and we cant just expect them to go through pages and pages of picks just so we wont get repet questions.

I like to answer those picks over and over again. I don't really think it's fair to the new users that want to make certain picks that have already been done ages ago. It's especially hard for them if the picks they want to do have already been done in all the spots they're fans of.
