No one could really say for certain exactly how long Azula had been sitting there staring with her eyes down cast. Azula couldn’t even say for certain how long it had been.

There was a chair resting in the corner of the room and a bett on the other side.

But the girl had seated herself in the middle of the floor, having no motivation to get up and Bewegen to a Mehr comfy place.

At this point, she hadn’t even the motivation to keep herself up right at all. And so she let her body slump completely to the ground.

The carpet looked rather nice. It was symmetrical and well cleaned. A burgundy color, deep red with off brown colored diamonds spotted randomly about. It was fuzzy and soft to the touch and smelled rather Earthly…like clay maybe. It was a pleasant scent but it wasn’t putrid either. It was kind of just hanging there, a tactless odor.

Azula appreciated it and all its perfection…

Well its perfection aside from that one small grey rock someone had tracked in.

Even textiles were closer to perfection than she.

She let a tear slip from her eye. It fell from her lashes and slid to her cheeks until it tainted that oh so perfect carpeting.

And another tear came. This over the silliest thing; she had ruined it. She had ruined the carpet’s perfection just like she ruined everything else.

Azula was alone so it was safe, sicher to cry. But honestly if someone were to catch her…well she hadn’t any dignity to lose anyhow. It would just be another shame for her to wallow in. And so she continued to let the tears fall…

Fall until she could feel small tremors in her body from crying so bitterly. Her body visibly shaking from the strain of it all.

She hoped no one would see her. But somehow, at the same time, that’s all she wanted. She was strong oder Merida - Legende der Highlands enough to cry in front of anyone. But God how she wanted someone to see her cry. To realize that she needed someone to comfort her. To hug her. To hold her.

At this point she didn’t care who provided sagte care.

If someone she’d passed Von only once on the straße came and hugged her close, whispering words of hope and love. She be content to let them.

But it was not likely to happen. She hadn’t a single visitor since she got there—aside from the nurses and an occasional hallucination. Zuko was too busy for her. He had a nation to run, a krähe to uphold. A crown that was supposed to be hers.

Her father was in no better condition than she, resting in his cold, dank prison cell. He wasn’t in any position to visit her even if he wanted to…
He probably didn’t, she’d shamed him just as much as Zuko at this point.

And of course Mai and Ty-Lee never stopped by, despite all their time and freedom. Why would they, they hated her just as much as everyone else did. She tried desperately to push them out of her mind, they’re betrayal struck the hardest. She didn’t expect Zuko to care for her. Ozai wasn’t exactly the Titel holder of ‘father of the year’. But those two…they were always so…loyal.

Azula slapped her palm, several times, against the carpet in frustration. It’s padding suffocation the sound.

A sudden desire to tare her nails through it overtook Azula. She wanted nothing Mehr than to mar its perfection beyond recognition. At least something would be beneath her.

So she took to scratching at the carpet, only causing meniscal damage to the fuzzy pattern.

She and the carpet were Mehr alike than she had initially thought; both were so low to the ground and she now realized that—much like herself—it would take years and years of wear and tear to break it down.

At that Azula stopped clawing at the ground and simply lie there—fresh out of tears—gazing at the wall, listening to her own breathing as it settled back into a Mehr regular pattern.

The words “help me” lying just on her tongue, dying to be spoken.

To anyone.

To no one.

There came a knock on the door. Azula knew she had only a few moments to Schreiben herself before the door clicked open. She pulled herself up, dried her eyes, and quickly moved herself to the bed. Where which she now feigned sleep.

“You have a visitor.” The voice chimed.

Azula barely moved her head…if any movement was made at all.

Her visitor positioned him oder herself at the foot of Azula’s bett and placed his oder her arm on the princess’ shoulder.

“Zu-Zu?” She murmured without so much as a glance up.

“He’s at home.” Came a reply.

Azula rolled onto her back, a position that allowed her to see her visitor.

Ursa gently took Azula’s hand, rubbing her palm with her thumb.

“I didn’t want Du to feel like we’ve forgotten you.”

“But Du have.” Azula’s response was automatic. At this point she wasn’t even going to try to hide her delirious conversations. Everyone knew, Von now, that she had a habit of talking to things that weren’t really there.

“I promise you, Zuko has tried very hard to come and see you…”

“You’re telling me what I want to hear.” Azula clenched her teeth and turned back on her side, back facing her mother.

“What Du want to hear is the truth.” Ursa’s arm was back on Azula’s shoulder, squeezing it lightly. “I’m here to take Du Home Azula.”

Azula allowed herself a short and bitter laugh. “You can’t take me Home because Du aren’t really here.”

Ursa turned to the nurse, who in turn confirmed her presence.

Azula fell silent. But only for a moment before picking up where she had left off in her fit of tears. And finally…for once, someone was there for her when she cried.

Someone was there to hold her close…her mother’s embrace warm and inviting. Someone was there to reassure her…Ursa’s words spoken soft and soothing. And when the time called for it, the silence between the two was calm.

Azula found herself clutching her mother’s robes tightly in her fists as she cried into the woman’s shoulder. If it bothered her any, she didn’t speak it. Instead the woman continued tracing her hand over Azula’s back in small soothing circles like she had done for the girl when she was just a child.

It soon dawned on Azula that she could tell if the tears were the product of overwhelming sadness oder of new joy at the knowledge of her mother actually caring…at the knowledge of going home.

“You ready to?” Ursa asked after a few Mehr minutes.

Azula dried her eyes once Mehr and nodded.

Her mother smiled. “Let’s get Du Home then.” She paused, and with a laugh added, “I’m sure the servants will be thrilled to have to pamper us both.”

Azula let a smile spread across her face.

She took one last back at the freshly torn carpet; someone would repair it soon.

Katara sat at her usual tabelle with her usual friends. That much Jet could see. She never ate anything – like all of her Friends – and she laughed with that pale skinned freak of a boyfriend that she had. Jet had had a crush on Katara Waters since they were in the same class in 3rd grade. He had taken a liking to the tall, pretty...

Another quick “congrats” to violett for the October Fan of the Month. As for the month, I asked her Fragen through PM, and these are exactly how she answered them.
1.What is it that Du like best about Avatar: the Last Airbender?
I just really like the combination of humor and plot. In most shows, it either has to be really serious and dull oder completely idiotic, filled with stupid jokes. Du know? My Favorit scene in the series is when Azula goes insane- I know it's horrible, but I watch it over and over again.

2.You just got a million dollars. How would Du spend it?
Buy a dog. My...

Perhaps it's a little ridiculous to over think the reincarnation aspect of The Last Airbender, but something about the concept has always bothered me.
I'm not a new Avatar fan; I was introduced to the series about five years Vor when I was just discovered Manga and anime. My Friends and I all enjoyed watching/talking about the show, and needless to say I became somewhat attached to the players. The Zeigen is so well done with great storylines, animation, dialogue, and characters, but has anyone ever wondered what reincarnation means for the friendships and Liebe interest of Aang's current life?...

"We're under attack!" Hakoda yelled to the village.
The men readied themselves for the fight. Aang grabbed his staff and ran out of the tent, Katara at his heels, holding Haruki. Aang turned around and stopped Katara.
"You and Haruki have to get out of here." he told her, "Get the old, the sick, and the young out of here on Appa."
"Aang, I won't leave you!" sagte Katara.
"I can't fight not knowing if you're safe," sagte Aang, hugging his wife and son, "Katara, please."
Katara looked at his eyes, kissed him, then ran off, collecting the children and old in the village. After she got all the children...

Hi, all! This is a sequel to "The Moments Ahead, Part 4: One Stormy Night," but Du don't need to read it to understand this story.

Aang and Katara lay on the grass, looking at the stars in the midnight blue sky.
"They're pretty, aren't they?" Katara asked, nuzzling Aang's neck.
He smiled at the girl he loved so much. "They sure are, but I have something even prettier in my arms," he said.
Katara smiled and they shared a deep, passionate kiss.
Aang smiled into the kiss.
The fiery liplocking lasted a full twenty seconds. It was the longest, and Von far the most passionate, KISS they had ever shared....

Okay, nobody's gegeben me any suggestions as to what I'm supposed to do. But that's okay. I've got some ideas of my own. If Du like angst, this story is for you.
Enjoy!

Tears stung Aang's eyes as blood trickled out of his body. He was dying. Mehr importantly, he was going to be taken away from his one true love.
"K-katara," he choked, "I'm scared."
"No, Aang...you'll be fine," she said, but her voice was full of worry.
Aang was crying full-force now. "I...I don't think I'm going to make it!" he cried.
"Yes, Du will," Katara said.
"Katara, I Liebe you..." Aang sagte weakly. Then, his eyes closed, and...

BOOM! The thunder crackled loudly as lightning flashed across the charcoal-gray sky.

Katara went to bett early. But she didn't hear Aang's feet padding down the hallway to his room.

Wait a minute. Katara was sure she saw something in that last flash of lightning...and it sort of looked like...

"Aang?" Katara asked. "What on Earth are Du doing here...and why are Du shaking like a leaf?"

"I'm...afraid of storms," Aang confessed.

"Aang!" Katara cried. "Why didn't Du tell me...or anyone else for that matter? Du know that we're always here."

"That's exactly it!" Aang said. "I didn't want anyone else...

This is just around where my story begins
This is just around where my story begins
This is a warped version of the episode 'The Drill'. Note that I start the story near the end of the actual episode.

--------------------------------------------------

Azula picked Aang up and pinned him to the Wand of Ba Sing Se. She grasp his should with her left hand, and with the other, produced a blue flame. Just as she was preparing to strike, Aang regained most of his consciousness.

His vision was blurred, but as it cleared, he could see, and feel the heat of the flame. He arched his fingers, and tried to grasp the wall, and preformed an Earthbending technique. Earth gathered and eclipsed...

This Von far was the most epic episode I have seen in the entire series. Starting with Aang and Zuko's firebending training, right down to the final scene with Katara and Aang(nearly cried, but was clapping). It even seemed that Sokka's jokes were funnier! In my opinion, the best battle was Azula and Zuko's. The best moment was definetly a tie between Prince Zuko being introduced as the feuer Lord and the Final scene with Katara and Aang(no spoiler). The most epic moment, definitvely was the scene when Aang was securing feuer Lord Ozai and taking his bending skill away. Strangely, it can't be the end! Zuko met up with his father at the end to ask him about his ,supposedly dead, mother's whereabouts.

It had been a long time since they'd done anything as a family for the holidays. Zuko glanced over at an old family Weihnachten photo. It would be just he and his mom this year.

Katara, Aang and Sokka all had plans to go back to the water tribes and enjoy some good old fashioned snow. Who could blame them, what was Weihnachten without snow?

A feuer Nation Christmas, he answered himself.

He couldn’t complain, couldn’t miss something that never was.

Toph...being the whimsical girl she was decided she was going to take her student metal benders out for some 'mandatory musical metalbending'...rather...

If I wasn't in the Avatar state oder the spirit world then where was I? I questioned that over in my head. I was scared and afraid. Until I felt the soft warm sensation of someone's hand on my shoulder.

No one was there though. So who? I was on the verge of tears. I didn't understand this at all. I was scared, I was a horrible bender, and I was in a place that I don't recall going to. Being the Avatar sucks.

I was confused so I lay down on the black dirt under my red Converse and tried to think. I twirled a long strand of brown hair in my fingers and licked my lips.

"Why do we need to go?" He asked while running along side me.

"Just Because!!"

And of course, Aang turned around. And there standing behind us was the girl. We waited for an anwser but none came. She still had her trench mantel on but she had pulled off her hat. Black hair flowed down and lots of makeup designed her face.

"Who are Du and why are Du following us?" Aang said.

We waited for an answer but instead we got a strong jump of...

Okay so this is basically our time, but in the united states. What happened was that Katara actually kept a diary about her life and some historians found it on a small island close to Japan. The historians gave it to some movie directors, and they created the Anime cartoon, Avatar the last airbender, based off Katara's diary. Now its 2010 and there are still benders around, but they keep their powers a secret because of the Nickolodean cartoon show, and because if anyone found a bender, they would be put in Jail. This all means that there is a modern Tag Avatar as well. But all the modern...
