Fear is a limiting thought yet we give it permission to control who we are.


Fear keeps Du from being your true self.

It takes away your power

It takes away your confidence

It takes away your independence

It takes away your individuality

It takes away your freedom

It takes away your love

It takes away your happiness

It takes away your control

So if Du fear people coming into your life Du are always going to be alone

When Du fear something oder someone, then Du allow it oder them to control who Du are

If Du fear Liebe and Du see others who have it, Du hate what they have and therefore have an opinion/assumption about who they are and try and hurt them Von demeaning their character, and everything that Du see oder hear about them because Du think it makes Du feel better, when all you’re doing is demeaning the person Du really are, because it’s easy to hurt someone else than it is to hurt you

Unfortunately it’s sad if we have fear because we pass it on to our children, this is not to blame because Du can’t teach what Du don’t know, but as Maya Angelou sagte “when we know better we do better.”
