Help! How do Du unhide invisible folders in mac?

My USB looks like this in my mac and i can't open any folders. Also, the ones that I can actually open are faded. Can anyone please help me? I have important stuff in my USB and I'm scared they might disappear.

It looks like some of the files on your screenshot are PC applications (files ending in .exe), meaning Du can't use them on other operating systems.

However, unless Du actually Löschen them manually oder your USB gets corrupted, none of your files should disappear. But if Du are at all worried, I recommend Du back them up somewhere else just in case (i.e. on your Mac oder any other computer Du own) once Du have unhidden them and can see them again.
