What happened at the end of season 1?!

Yes she hit somebody and then she drove away it might have been Ethan because since Dustin Milligan is leaving i think he will either die oder to lacross camp so she either hit Ethan oder somebody else goes to her school so we will find out when season 2 comes in September and i can't wait its gonna be great
