My all-time favorite Disney Scene from ANY Disney Film is this one! I just love it SO much! Vanessa is so beautiful and I just love the way the animals attack her, I bet the animators had a lot of fun with this scene. A beautiful woman getting attacked like this :P But also, it's a very important scene in the movie as Ariel and Eric doesn't get to kiss in time and Ursula wins.

Also, "★ Sebastian on the Plate/Bedtime/Triton Worried ★".

This is just so beautiful...that soundtrack.
I love this whole movie, but some other scenes I can't get enough of are- Ariel's Secret Grotto/Part of Your World, To the Surface/Fireworks/Falling in Love/Birthday, Eric is Saved/Part of Your World Reprise, Poor Unfortunate Souls, Tour of the Kingdom, Vanessa on the Beach and Happy Ending.

I just really adore this song/scene. <3

Next would probably be when Ariel saves Eric/Part of Your World reprise and the Happy Ending.

I love villain songs and Ursula is one my favourite Disney villains. The visuals in this scene are also great.

Easily the best song of the movie, the most essential and integrated with the story. It's an irresistible song of seduction building up to a fabulous crescendo and glorious finale.

It's also the only time anyone or anything on screen competes on par with Ariel's art and animation. Ursula and underwater Ariel are a double whammy punch of expressive animated visual luxury! They don't need hordes of cute animals or luscious backgrounds to pump up the visual appeal, they easily carry the scene by themselves.

I know it doesn't show the best of Ariel, but this scene is just so well done that I can't help but love it! It's so intense and captivating.

I also love Main Titles, it is beautifully presented.

The music is so beautiful and the presentation of underwater world is amazing. It was really hard to choose as I love the whole movie so much.

Ursula was just terrifying when she grew into this gigantic Sea Monster! Her evil laugh as she grew was just epic! And her death was awesome, one of my favourite Disney deaths along with Jafar.

Well, besides the fact that this is one of the Disney movies I love to pieces...it is the resolution of the angry misunderstanding at the very heart of the movie...that makes this scene all the more poignant to me. I tear up every time I see it. This movie packs a punch. But the final battle scene where Ariel tries to rectify her wrongs, and this scene, where Triton tries to rectify his wrongs, are my favorites. It's touching even after 25+ years.

There is more than one favourite scene from this movie since it's also one of my top favourite disney movies but since I always like happy and romantic endings for movies I had to choose the wedding of Ariel and Eric.

I do flip-flop between this and ★ Poor Unfortunate Souls/The Deal/Payment ★, but there's just something incredibly enchanting about this scene... Ariel's personality shines through perfectly, and it's endearing to see how Eric is completely smitten by it 💑

I have many favorite scenes - The Little Mermaid is such a beautiful film. But this scene has always captivated me. The Main Titles is my second favorite scene - I love the beautiful animation and lovely music.

That was a really tough choice I love SO MANY scenes from The Little Mermaid after all she's my favorite Disney princess!

I'll choose this one. I love happy endings! Plus it's always great to see the characters you've gotten to know and love getting back to their lives and getting what they've wanted/needed after all that they've been through to receive it. :-)

This was so hard to pick a favorite. I finally went with Ariel's grotto, Ariel & Eric's reunion and "Kiss the Girl" were top contenders.
