THE Fratellis were named the Best British Band at the O2 Silver Clef Awards yesterday and celebrated with their hero Noel Gallagher.

Jon, Baz and Mince Fratelli rubbed shoulders with Oasis star, sterne Noel as they drank to their success at London's Park Lane Hilton Hotel.

The Glasgow band could only manage a few drinks though as they had to fly out to Spain for a festival in Bilbao.
