WHICH SITE oder PROGRAM IS THE BEST TO MAKE A Fan ART?

I always use a free program called 'gimp' ;) Just Google it! Then you'll find the download-page! ;)

The program is a little like photoshop, just not as good, but instead it's free! ;)
