Why was Sabrina planning on letting Roxie and morgan stay in her house after she and Aaron Bewegen to LA?

I mean it wasn't her house to begin with first of all. It belonged to her aunts so I don't get why she would just leave it and leave Salem with Roxie and Morgan. Nothing against Roxie and morgan but it just doesn't make any sense to me that she would just abandon her aunts' house and Salem. It's like she was planning on completely abandoning her entire magical life after working so hard at getting her witch's license and depending on magic to help her out of trouble. When Hilda and Zelda moved to the other realm, did they tell Sabrina "do what Du want with the house Bewegen in, sell it, destroy it, whatever"?
