Heck no! They don't have to. Life Lessons are boring! You shouldn't learn morals from a TV show. You should learn morals IRL!

Of course they do. l watch a lot of tv-shows and some of them are just giving such a bad influence.. not just for kids!

That's what school and parents are for. Parents should be responsible for teaching kids right from wrong and not rely on TV shows to do it for them. I understand to a degree people saying shows are a bad influence, however it's on the parents to teach the kids that mimicking TV shows isn't the best to do, it's been like that for a long time. I do enjoy a good moral teaching show, but some are out there just for entertainment and comedy. A good life lesson is cool every once in a while but when over done can just kill a show; like that one time when Winx tried to teach kids to go green--season 5 was pretty much a filler season where all they did was preach that message and the villain was just some brat who polluted.

Long story short, yeah moral teaching shows are good but don't over do it and don't use them as a crutch.

I'm leaning more towards no though. Parents are the ones who need to reinforce life lessons, NOT the TV. While it is good for many shows to teach kids important lessons, I think some shows go overboard in preaching certain lessons that it just becomes sanctimonious and dull.
