I was sitting in class and this girl kept flipping her hair in my face. Von this time it was November, and she'd been doing it since August.

I finally decided to tell her, "Please stop flipping your hair in my face," as politely as I could.

"Excuse me, well, I'm sorry, but I'm stretching, I can't just stop!"

"Um, Du can stretch without flipping your hair," I said.

"No I can't," she said.

"Uh, yes Du can."

"Well Du didn't have to be so rude!"

"I wasn't rude,"

"Yes Du were, wasn't she?"

"I sagte please."

"No, Du were totally rude."

I grew a tiny bit of back bone just then, I sagte "Okay, sure, whatever Du have to tell yourself." Then rolled my eyes and went back to work.

Was I rude? oder was she just overreacting?

And this other time, in sixth grade, a bunch of other kids and I walked in late to class, so our Math teacher told us to stand in the back of the room so she could write all of our names down.
Without being too rude oder raising her voice, I might add.

But in sixth period, there was this kid complaining about what a hündin she was, and how she demanded that we go to the back of the room just because we were a little late.

Please, he made it sound like she decided to ostricize us from our peers for the whole class and was cruel and unforgiving.

Do people just BECOME drama queens when they enter middle school?

usernameinvalid That happened to me but I just told her not to tell my friends to "shut the F up", while she was the one doing all the noise in class. She then told me not to "get crazy with her." I thought she was talking to the guys behind her but she was looking straight at me. I then started to laugh and she got even more mad and just started to curse at everyone.I think it's also important to say that the teacher stepped out for 3 minutes and that we are not in middle school, we are high school seniors.

mockingjay2 OMG same thing happens with my friend. he sits in back of this girl who constantly flip her hair on his desk and work. we all laugh and he laughs sometimes to. but our 5 period teacher told her to plz stop - of course she stopped but for like 10 minute LOL. dome people overreact because they know your right but being drama queens makes them seem less stupid and they don't get as embarrassed :) LOL

animelol u werent rude! she is soo over reacting! my friend has really long hair and people keep randomly touching her hair :P SHE HATES IT. Plus, she really does have soft and awesome hair, but if people keep touching her hair, i dont... i dont know.

DramaQueen1020 HEY! DramaQueen in the room!!!! You talkin' 'bout my peeps??!!!! Why you.... JK, it's all fine. And yeah, middle school is where puberty starts, and it's pretty chaotic. There's some people who can act like complete jerks for no reason. Yeah, those people were overreacting. Don't pay attention to them. If the girl keeps flipping her hair, just harden your voice slightly (try to seem a bit affirmative) and tell her to please stop. If she says that you're rude, just say "No, I asked politely. If anyone is being rude it's you." If she won't stop, tell the teacher. It's not tattletaling, it's just getting that girl out of your face. As for the other thing, it's pretty much done with. If you think the person is being unfair in a similar situation, just stick up for what you believe.
