I know that all people lie. But if that lie is so evil that it’s hurting Du and the people around you, Du have to take action. Du have to catch them first, and then everything will follow. Tear them to pieces and rip them apart! Muwahaha!

Here are some signs that someone is lying to you.

1.    Don’t maintain eye contact
Less than half conversation

    -It’s true that the eyes are the windows of the soul. Du have to observe. Look at his eyes. If he can’t look at your eyes during the conversation, that could be an indicator that he is lying.

2.    A lot of Uhmm’s and Ahh’s.

-He doesn’t know what to say next. He always pauses for a few Sekunden before he Antworten to you. That’s because he has to think harder before he talk. He has to be careful for the Weiter word that he will say oder else…Gotcha!!!

3.    A lot of voice changing during the conversation.

-He will do that to confuse you. At one point during the conversation, his voice sound normal, then mad, then it will sound sweet, pleading, high-pitched etc.

4.    Starts contradicting himself.

-He is inconsistent with his answers. He will make Du look like it’s your entire fault. He’ll turn the story the other way around. He might use reverse Psychology so better be careful baby.

5.    Sarcasm

-He gets mad easily.

6.    Somebody that changes the topic easily.

-Topics! He keeps changing the topic because he can’t keep up with his lies any longer. What Du have to do is ask him the same Frage again and again, but in different ways. I’m sure Du don’t want him to know that Du are trying to catch him right?

7.    Unusual body language.

-He looks nervous all the time. He is always uncomfortable. Watch his body language. He keeps doing the things that he doesn’t usually do at a normal conversation with you. He looks worried while talking with you, especially if Du bring up the topic he is lying about. He feels the guilt.

8.    Extremely defensive.

-Yep! Extremely defensive. I repeat..EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE! Du say one word, and he will be like “What?! Where did Du get that information? OMG, Du don’t believe in me, Du never did! Du don’t Liebe me, blah..blah..blah..” He will spend Minuten oder hours explaining something that Du didn’t even know what the heck he is talking about already. He will make Du look like Du are the one who is lying. He will blame Du for the things that he did. Du say one word and he would act like it’s the end of the world.

    I hope those things that I wrote above made any sense. If it didn’t, even just a little bit….Its not my problem anymore. Just deal with it Man! >:D..Peace ^^

Bond_Of_Fury You might just as well change the title of this article to "Signs that a guy is Lying to You". Girls can be liars too, you know. And voice changes are often not done on purpose, but out of nervousness, if that person really has got to hide something.

Tyler47 This article is so incorrect. 1.I maintain eye contact for the whole duration of telling my bullshit story 2.I don't stutter, ever. 3.I is monotonous. 4.I'm pretty good at remembering my lies, and acting and speaking accordingly; I even sometimes plant evidence in place ahead of bullshitting. 5&8. I always focus on keeping passive and dismissing accusations by ridicule rather than aggressive denial. 6.When I'm cornered I never try to change the topic, that's too suspicious; I just keep quiet and act as if I'm pre-occupied by something else. 7.I'm physically clumsy; so unusual body language is usual with me.
