well the answer everyone likes to say is the correct answer to the first one is "roosters dont lay eggs" but it says IF and if (:]) youve ever taken a logics class Du know that it means youre speaking hypothetically and anything can happen. so im gonna say it depends which way the wind is blowing. (:
the Sekunde one is: neither. theyre both a pound.

1. Roosters don't lay eggs (so this can't be true)

2. They weight the same, so neither (because it says that they each weight a POUND)
