What do I wear for running clothes?!?!

Shorts, either a tank oben, nach oben oder t-shirt, and (obviously) running shoes.

If it's cold outside, wear track pants and a wind-proof jacke (zipped up). If Du want to, Du can hear a beanie oder hat too.

If you've got the money, buy a track suit.

A track suit is ideal.
Sweatpants/running shorts and a loose fitting tee are also options.
But make sure your shoes are running shoes. Other shoes can hurt your feet.
