Du need to Abschicken a lot of things to a certain spot, and stay active on it. It also depends on how many people rate your content, so make sure that Du Abschicken some nice things, that people will like. No spam, oder anything that's broken, oder has already been submitted.
If Du keep doing that after you've received your dedicated medal, than Du could even get a die-hard medal, oder fanatic medal.
