How do I Löschen songs from an iPod Nano?

Du can't do it directly on your iPod, Du have to do it on the computer your iPod is synced to. If Du want to completely Löschen the song then Löschen it off your iTunes and re-sync and it will be off of your iPod as well; if Du want to keep the song on your computer and just remove the song from your iPod then uncheck the box Weiter to the song on your iTunes and re-sync.
