Prince William and Princess Kate are taking Canada by land, sea, air – and now mountain bike!
The royal couple showed off their sporty sides during an afternoon visit to meet mountain bikers in the Yukon on day five of their whirlwind Canadian tour on Wednesday.
Princess Kate switched out of the stunning red coat and maroon pumps she wore earlier in the day for a more casual look, which included an alpaca ribbed sleeve wrap coat in gull grey by Canadian brand Sentaler (retail $920).
"Kate Middleton is an international style icon and I am very honoured that she chose to wear Sentaler on her Canadian tour," designer Bojana Sentaler said in a statement. "She wore [the coat] with such grace and elegance and I couldn\'t be happier."
Kate completed the look with black jeans and and her suede R. Soles cowboy boots. When it comes to bringing some cowboy flair to Canada, this isn\'t Kate\'s first rodeo! During the couple\'s 2011 visit to the country, Kate and William donned matching white cowboy hats while attending an actual rodeo in Calgary. Kate\'s R. Soles cowboy boots made an appearance then, too.
After a morning visit to Whitehorse, Will and Kate traveled to the picturesque town of Carcross, Yukon (population 300) where the Carcross/Tagish First Nation greeted them with an official welcome ceremony featuring traditional music, dancing and speeches.
The royal parents then took a stroll across Carcross Commons to visit the workshop of renowned Tlingit carver Keith Wolfe Smarch.

Smarch showed William and Kate how he practices his craft, and even put the couple to work painting a 35-foot totem pole.

The local craftsman also took the opportunity to send his regards to William\'s father, Prince Charles, who received a carved mask from Smarch during his visit to the Yukon in 2001.
Smarch told CBC News that his mask\'s placement in the Buckingham Palace art collection is "the highlight of my career."

William and Kate then traveled to Montana Mountain (known for being home to one of the best mountain biking trails in the world), where they joined a community mountain biking festival and met with local families.

While there, they learn learned about the Single Track to Success Project, an initiative aimed at engaging the Yukon\'s First nation youth in trail building and mountain biking to promote health and wellness and restore a connection to the ancestral lands.
The royal couple ended their tour of Carcross by climbing aboard the White Pass steam train – and shared an adorable moment when Will helped Kate climb off the historic locomotive.
Will and Kate then took off for Victoria to reunite with Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Tomorrow, the young royals will host a children\'s party for military families at Victoria\'s Government House.
