If you actually trained and got the wanted moves from his previous evolutions, he is superior

I have always like Raichu a bit more then Pikachu

hmmmm it depends which pikachu it is

It depends on the way the Pokemon was trained. All Raichu is,is the evolution of Pikachu and usually the idea is when a Pokemon evolves they get stronger but still I think if a Pokemon was forced to evolve then that might something else. A Pokemon's strength comes from it's trainer and their bond with the trainer and how the Pokemon is used. So I say both.

i like them both alot actually but ill say pikachu since hes cuter hehe but i would use a raichu in battle
