I can totally imagine a scene with Ash falling into the river, being chased by spearows, and then there's the whole bit with gyarados, and then just a shot with Misty fishing, and she gets a bite, but the line breaks and she goes to get a new fishing line, and then Ash comes out of the water with pikachu, and it's almost like a jumpscare, and it makes Misty fall off her fishing rock... XD
