After my appeal round performance, I go to the waiting room again. I get a pokeball out from the pocket in my dress. "Come on out, Raichu!" My dear Raichu comes out of it's pokeball. "Rai! Rai!"
"Hmph. I totally disagree." Wait a second. I recognize that voice. I see her in the front row. Marisol. My arch enemy. She used to be my best friend, back then. But now, she's my enemy. It all started in the 3rd grade. She sagte that she was gonna be oben, nach oben Coordinator and then made fun of my grandmother! Marisol's black shoulder-lenth hair swayed while she walked. "Hey Aurora! I heard Du already did your Performance." she said, Schauspielen like we've been Friends forever. "Yeah. I just did it." "Rai!" Raichu snaps angrily at Marisol.
"Next Blue Stage performer, you're up next." Marisol scoffs. "Looks like I'm up. Be sure to watch and feel bad about yourself." I feel like punching her in the face. oder breaking her heel.
"Lunatone, Solrock! Let's get started!" I'm watching the witch of darkness on TV. Lunatone and Solrock appear from their pokeballs with confetti around them.
"Lunatone! Meteor Mash! Solrock! feuer Blast!" she yells out loud. There are meteors falling from the sky. Solrock's feuer Blast makes it look like meteorites. "They look like they're gonna make Solrock and Lunatone faint." I say to Raichu. "Rai." He responds. "Both of you! Use Psychic!" Both Pokemon's eyes turn a bright red and the meteors disappear leaving behind tiny sparkling pebbles. "The two Psychic and Rock Pokemon really Zeigen off their strength!" yells the announcer.
Marisol comes back to the waiting room with Raichu and I. "Rai!" "So, what did Du think?" she asks me, returning to her normal, pushy, bossy self. "I thought it really showed off Solrock and Lunatone's strengh. It was an awesome performance!" I say, trying to be nice. (Which is almost IMPOSSIBLE with her around) "Thanks. But, Du know what? I know you're gonna Bewegen on to the 2nd round. And when Du do, so will I! When we battle, I'm so gonna beat you!" Du have no idea how much I want to kill her right now.
I give her a confused look in my eyes. "Okay. Good luck with that." I have to be nice here, oder else, I can't be eligible to enter anymore. Marisol walks away and when she does I sigh of relief. "She's a MONSTER!" I say to Raichu. "Raichu." He agrees.
"Sorry to keep Du waiting! Here are the 32 talented coordinators who will Bewegen on to the 2nd round! They're up on the board now!" We all set our eyes on the TV. 32 faces pop up on the board. Marisol was right. I did make it to the Sekunde round. And so did she.
