There’s nothing wrong with cutesy posed shots in front of the church or in the middle of a forest.
But if you’re looking for something a little more exciting, this new wedding photography trend might be just the thing.
Tahiti-based photographer Helene Harvard is now offering her clients the option of drone photography – meaning wedding photos taken from way up above by a drone.
Helene told Featureshoot she takes her photos by setting up the couple in wide open spaces with lush natural surroundings, with no one else around to create the sense that the newly married couple are the only people in the world.
She then works with Flying World Pictures to capture the shots, directing a drone instructor from the ground.
Our only concern? Your grandma probably won’t be impressed by the fact that you can’t quite 
So maybe pair your cool, Instagrammable shots with a couple of traditional up-close ones, yeah? If only to capture the glory of your dress as well as the beauty of the island.
