If Rico had a trinket it would probably be dynamite.

If Private had a trinket it would probably be a regenbogen oder something.

Kowalski: Doris' bow oder maybe like... a chart of the periodic tabelle oder electromagnetic spectrum oder something. X\
Skipper: His dog tags
Rico: A very, very pointy knife
Private: A BFF halskette that came with his Princess Self-Respectra doll

If its like a Key Chain then I think that....

Skipper: U.S.A Flag

Kowalski: a calculator (Or something involving math and/or science)

Rico: A stick of Dynomite (or a balck,round bomb)

Private: A Unicorn

Skipper has his 'Skipper's Log' tape recorder.

Kowalski has his abacus.

Rico has his chainsaw (YAY FOR VIOLENCE) though it probably doesn't count as a LITTLE trinket.

Private has his lunicorn oder maybe a little sack of 'Pixie Dust.' (I have imangination)
