How many times did Manfredi and Johnson die?

Maybe.... 6 times? LOL point is they died. XD

1.) “The Hidden”:
“That’s exactly what Manfredi and Johnson sagte back in Ecuador. We buried what was left of them with a teaspoon.”

These are all the ones that I know of that Manfriedi and Johnson died, not that they were mentioned, but when they were mentioned about being dead because of something.

2.) “Roomies”:
“That’s cute and naïve, Marlene. Manfredi and Johnson were cute and naïve. Well, Manfredi was the cute one until their little Nairobi surprise party.”

3.) “Roger Dodger”:
“Don’t test me, Rico. If I have to take out one of my own, I’ll do it. Just ask Manfredi and Johnson.”

4.) “Monkey Love”:
“Look what happened to Manfredi and Johnson when they fell hard for those Chinstrap sisters. They Lost their hearts, a lung, 15 feet of intestine.”

5.) “An elefant Never Forgets”:
Skipper: “Not bad, Private. But had that been a decoy elefant foot loaded with TNT, Du and I wouldn’t be having this conversation.”
Private: “Is, is that likely to happen often, Skipper?”
Skipper: “Well, why don’t we ask Manfredi and Johnson. Oh, we can’t, ’cause they fell for the old exploding elefant foot!”

6.) "The Red Squirrel":
Skipper: "That's what Manfriedi and Johnson said! What was left of them came back in a Manila envelope."
Kowalski: "From Manila... ironically."

I think they only actually died once, and all of Skipper's comment's on their deaths are part of one big story. But here's everytime they were mentioned:
1. Flying Pirahna's
2. Nairobi surprise party!
3. Skipper took them down
4. Chinstrap Sisters
5. Exploding elefant foot
6. Thought 14 escape tunnels was enough; remains sent back in a manilla envelope (from Manila XD)
7. Underwater escape tunnel turned out to be the back end of a baluga wal (didn't die, though)
8. I know it exists, I just can't think of it offhand. I'll get back to ya on this one.

Who knows how many times they died? The ral Frage is, how are they dying so many times? Are they like, zombies of zombies of zombies, etc?

Also, did they really die?
