It's stupid to make such a big deal out of them, make them somewhat popular, then just off them. I loved Cora, Zelena, Pan and Tamara. They only don't kill Regina or Rumple in season1 because they were main characters and so popular.

It makes sense to kill off some of the villains. Like Pan. Keeping Pan alive would mean having a reoccurring villain because you know Pan's not going to just admit defeat like that. Plus, I think his death was suiting.

Greg and Tamara.. I didn't like Greg, but I was curious about Tamara's past. Beyond that though, she was a character that should have died and once she fulfilled her purpose, it makes sense for her to die. They can't keep every character they make around.

Cora's death, while sad, was beautiful, in a sense. With her heart, Cora may have become less of a villain and a better mother, but she might not have either. But.. Cora did have the potential to redeem herself and I think they could have explored that.

Now as for Zelena, I was really disappointed when they opted to kill her off. I didn't like Zelena as a villain, but I saw some amazing potential for redemption and it was an amazing opportunity to give Regina a sister. I was upset and disappointed that they didn't keep her around for that. Zelena had the potential to be good, and I hated to see that potential for Zelena's character wasted.

Greg I plain don't care about but whether I like them or not, it's just such a waste.

I like they have short arcs & then are gone for good. There are so many villains to choose from! Storylines would get messy if they'd keep they villains forever. Or would get so boring and pointless like keeping Klaus in Mystic Falls in TVD for so long...

I think that Zelena deserve a second chance.

Yes for Zelena, Cora and Tamara (especially Zelena because she had so much potential in her and they've wasted it by killing her in that stupid way)
As for Pan, I'm not annoyed that he died because it was the only way to stop him, because let's face it, he's the meanest villain on OUAT, he wouldn't have redeemed if he was giving a second chance, and Rumple killed him to save everyone not for a selfish reason (like how he killed Zelena, Cora and Tamara)

They DON'T kill off all the main villains. Some they redeem/are redeeming instead (Rumple, Gina, Hook). And it's better than the 'let's not kill anyone because killing is bad' type shows.
I do miss Cora though :(
I think the other villains who came after her (Greg, Tamara, Pan, Zelena) pale in comparison to her so it's kind of a letdown that these other villains could never live up to the awesomeness that was Cora.

Yes but they only redeem those ones because they're so loved by fans. If they kill them they know ratings will go down, hence why I didn't add them ^

It depends. I hate that they killed Zelena because I really loved her, but the other villains not so much.

OMG YES! It's probably the thing of the show that annoys me the most. Also, it makes it kind of predictable. They're going to run out of villains. It looks like they are already ready to "recycle" Rumpel and Regina as villains if they have to :P

They wouldn't dare kill off Regina and Rumple :P
