yes i do cause it looks like he really cares about her.example: in one episode in shippueden when team Gai v.s Kisame Neji,Tenten,and Rocklee got trapped in some water prision and Neji starts to worry about Tenten.Later on (when they get out) Neji catches Tenten from falling and asks her if she is alright.If Du look at Neji's face at the time when he says it he is tries not to look at Tenten oder he's being shy like Hinata when she looks at Naruto.
