its not wrong in the sense that they are a bad pair because they are perfect for each other. Its just i am really annoyed that the writers decided to allow Ziva to leave and decide against the idea of letting ZIva and Tony have their happy ending.

The two couples are two DIFFERENT couples. Just because one gets married doesn't mean it's wrong because the other couple who has been on the Zeigen longer should get together. Comparing two ships, to me, is like comparing apples and oranges.
