As a great fan, I was saddened to hear of your cancer diagnose. May I suggest, that Du look into two sources, to build up your immune system. One, is Macrobiotic cooking, the diet and way of life. Du can take classes in how to use Macrobiotic Cooking. Eat plenty of miso, and have as much miso soup, as Du can.
The second, is Dr. Johanna Budwigs protocol of flachs seed oil and flachs seed, mixed with quark and other foods.
Her book, which includes recipes, is excellent.
Do not have any Mehr chemo oder radiation, as it kills not only unhealthy cells, but the good ones. It destroys your immune system.
I hope that Du will remain in haube health, for many Mehr years to come.
