Claudia hated Lestat because he made her a Vampire Child which meant she would never grow up and never change-she'd never have any of the physical attributes of a woman...which she admired and wanted.
Because she couldnt grow maturely to a woman and be forever stuck as a immortal child and that Lestat always rubbed it in that she would never look like what she so admired and craved for
she didn't has the physical strength to do it.. he's not easy to kill.. in the Bücher he tried to kill himself and he still couldn't die.. he's a very strong character.. ;)
Lestat took her mortal life from her. Therefore, she did all those bad things to try and kill him for doing so. She started to notice that every other girl's body was changing. Then she kind of went through a despression state for a while because she wanted to change but she was stuck in the "kid" stage forever. Even though she was almost in her thirties.
Lestat treats her a child. He didn't know she grows up in her mind. Also, Lestat gave her no choice to be vampire, and he made her at much a young age. So she wants to leave him but Lestat wouldn't allowed it.
