I love Sirius, but Fred is my favorite and I balled when he died.

that seventh book was torture... but... since I can only pick one... it'd have to be Sirius. Though I'd rather have Tonks and Lupin alive together.

I loved Snape and was so sad to see him go.

But I really wanted to pick Tonks and Lupin too. you know with the whole hidden love thing and THEY HAD A NEW BORN SON!!!!! Jesus I thought poor Teddy but i cried loads when all of them died.

You know what I cried when Hedwig died too.

all of them made me seriously sad, but Fred the most...i sobbed when i read it and had to stop reading it for a while. my parents thought i was having a seizure or something, and they were freaking out like "OMG ARE YOU OK?! DO WE NEED TO TAKE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL?!?!?!?!" and i kind of laugh/sobbed saying that i didnt need to, that i was just sad about the book, and then they were really pissed. its actually funny remembering the looks on their faces after i said Fred died. they looked like they might kill me! :D
they always think that i am overreacting when it comes to reading books. i always get emotional when something bad happens, and then im like depressed afterwards. one time they grounded me because i scared them so bad.

this is a spoiler too me, but it's all good. I'm actually glad to see what happens since I have only read up to the 5th book. Out of them all Sirus I was sad to see him go, but Dumbledore too it's also sad that he dies too. I don't know how Dumbledore dies so no one tell me.

Fred dying was a little sad, and another pointless death but Snape was more of a main character. Also with Snape dying, it was clear that there is NO MORE Harry Potter books, because there is no Harry Potter without Snape.

I have never cried during a single movie or book of any kind, but at three in the morning when I read the part about fred dying, I bursts out crying. I was so devistated. He was one of my favorite characters in the whole series.

Dumbledore was one of my favourite characters and I was terribly sad when he died. It was a hard choise, because fred and sirius were very nice too, but i picked dumbledore

Lupin and Tonks had the most pointless deaths.
I understand that she had to kill people to get the point across that it's dark, it's war, it's serious, blahdeblahblah but with Lupin and Tonks, she didn't even write about the deaths to make us feel them. It was just like, "Oh! they're dead." I didn't feel sad at all---I just felt ripped off.

I can't believe I am saying this but I was really sad when he died. If only we had known the truth when he was still alive.

I think Snape had it coming.

Impossible choice! But for me it's between: Sirus, Fred, Tonks, Snape, Dumbledore, Mad-Eye and of course Lupin.. Seriously.. They are like all of my favorite characters.. And why did Lupin have to die?!? He was finally really happy.. :'( And Fred was so young. And.. Okay.. You get the idea.. I'm still sort of pissed.. ;)

this question is too hard lol. I wish alot of them hadn't died. Fred (of course), Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, Dumbledore, Snape (I had a feeling from the beginning that he was on our side!), Dobby, and HEDWIG!

This was the death that literally came out of left field. No one saw it coming and that made it even harder when I realized what had just happened.

It sucks balls that Fred died!

I'm surprised that Voldemort is listed but Bellatrix (and any other DEs who are known to have died) isn't.

^ That took me by surprise as well. At first I thought they were only listing the good guys. But then Voldy was there.

And Colin was listed as a main but Bella wasn't? Don't get me wrong, I liked him he was adorable but he's no main character--granted neither is Bella. Oh well.
