That was tough. I do like all the characters better in the books (especially Hermione, movie Hermione SUCKS out loud) , because frankly the books are just better than the movies, but Dumbledore is so great in the books I had to pick him!

Decided Ron is my new fav character. He's hilarious, gorgeous, dumb, loyal and in love with Hermione. LOVE HIM~

But Sirius is awesome.
And so is Dumbledore.
And Harry.
And Hermione.
And Ginny.
And Fred.
And George.
And Lupin.

I love Dumbledore too.

I also love a lot of others, and I like Hermione a lot (But I REALLY don't like Emma Watson as an actress so Hermione's appeal has been a bit tainted for me)

I really love them, especially the trio, Ginny, and the twins. But I just really like Ron for some reason, he's funny, loyal, and has a big heart plus he seems pretty cute.

Remus John Lupin is my favourite character for now. I would love to be one of his students, if his takes his potions regularly that is.

it's a tie between tonks and sirius in the books, but i'm already disappointed with tonks in the movie, and it's not even out yet. i'm still heart broken over sirius, so i have to go with him.

Hate them in the movies though.

I totally agree with snoznoodle. I cried at the end of the fifth and sixth book. I was thou slighty disappionted of the Fifth Movie. It was way off book and too short. I think they should make "longated" versions of the movies for all the dedicated fans like us.

I loved Sirius Black he was my fave from the prisoner of Azkaban it was sad when he died.

I think its strange how three people are beating Harry.

I love them all but Harry is just too funny... and he's not the official "funny" character but I don't know he is awkward-funny.. like conversations he has with ron, dudley, the prime minister.. they've made me laugh so much.. in book 7 he was probably the one who made me laugh the most surprisingly enough.

But I think he shares my "favorite spot" with Dumbledore. Even though I love many of the characters, I absolutely adore Dumbledore, everything he says is for the books. He is a great, great character.

Snape has always been my favourite character, hes cruel but also funny, I love him!
And after that its Sirius and then Regulus (Loved him since he was mentioned in the 5th book! I just liked the idea of Sirius's Death Eater brother, who regretted what hed done!) and then its Remus, Luna, Neville, Draco, Ron, ...

That's really hard. I love the twins definitely and the Trio, the entire Weasley family, Sirius, Lupin, Tonks, Dumbledore, Dobby, Luna n Neville etc but my all time favourite has got to be the big emotional Giant Hagrid!! I honestly thought when he jumped off the flying motorbike to save Harry that he had died. Especially when the next chapter said Fallen Warrior I was so crying hard out just to find out he was alive lol Then I cried some more because I was so relieved he was alive XD I don't know what I would have done if anything happened to Hagrid.

I love Harry Potter he is so cool for such a young wizard especialy
when he has to defeat Vold. on his own at times.
