First, there is absolutely nothing wrong with giving out sunglasses as a gift.  However, it is a very odd choice for a gift considering a.) the seasons are changing and something like a scarf or coat or wintery/fall based would have made more sense b.) she already knows that people will relate it to Jessica so  why give yourself unnecessary attention that distracts from the gift? It\'s not likely she ordered them before Jessica\'s situation since they knew about her getting kicked out before we did.

She was filming for episode 8 which was for pre-production meaning not for live filming meaning that it happened around august and september. It was still super sunny outside and Jessica was "asked to leave SNSD" at the end of September so indeed, she ordered them before the Jessica\'s situation.

I\'m amused that she still choose to give out sunglasses even though she knows what other people would say. Then again she might have pre-ordered months before what happened to GG.  It\'s nice of her to give out gifts to the crew though.

This is funny how people mention Sica just because Soo choose sunglasses as gift because I think the actual reason why she choose sunglasses as gift cause she don\'t want everyone have eyes problem like her dad,remember that her dad have problem with his eyes and she help him to make campaign about it? Isn\'t it natural for people to relate the 2? It\'s not like Jessica was taken out of the group years ago. It would be pretty weird if people didn\'t relate the two together honestly. Also, her dad doesn\'t have problems with eyes because he didn\'t wear sunglasses.... He had a medical condition with his eyes but it wasn\'t caused by him not protecting his eyes in the sun. I doubt Sooyoung was like "hehehe I\'ll show that bish what I think about her company...lemme go promote a different brand muahah" but I\'m sure she knew people would relate Jessica having a company that only sales sunglasses at this point and being asked to leave the group because of it to her giving out sunglasses from a different company.

It\'s more weird to me that people think Jessica won\'t be brought up in this situation considering the reason Jessica was asked to leave the group. Her giving sunglasses FOR PROTECTION, is really nice, and that\'s the end of it (and by the way, do you know how much would have costed her if those were BLANC? Or what the media would be saying? No one should spend that much money on sunglasses anyway). 

Forget about the whole Jessica/Blanc connection. I find it a bit distasteful that there had to be a photo shoot and report of her handing out the stuff. It kinda takes the thoughtfulness out of it since it looks to me like it\'s being done more for publicity than actual care. This is not just directed towards her but also to any celebrity who does that kind of stuff.

Nowadays celebrity gifting Is announced whether u wanted it or not. Is actually not a big deal is the thoughts that count whether she wanted publicity I don\'t care. The crew will still get free stuff and protection and that is what counts .

That you want it or not, people are bound to take pictures and post it online because they want others to know how good and nice you are. It doesn\'t mean that you are just asking for getting a good image. What about those other celebrities like Yoo Jae Suk or Lee Seunggi knowing to be the sweetest ever ? Did they really tell people to post about their good deeds to get some good comments ? It\'s the same when people are giving to charity. For you, it is a PR move but it allows fans and public to do the same. It\'s like someone can\'t do a nice thing without being judged lol. At least, she is giving gifts/presents to them.
