	princesslullaby picked What?? Where did Du hear that??: Yesterday night a website (which I have since forgotten) posted online that Disney is considering not introducing Rapunzel to the franchise. This morning I searched for the article and it just said "Outside sources have asked that this article be removed", and now I can't even find the website. But Disney Wiki has this to say (although it's an unreliable source): Princess Rapunzel from Tangled has appeared in some Disney Princess merchandise, but as of February 10, 2011 is not listed as an official princess on the Disney Princess website. Much of her individual merchandise has an oval similar to the Disney Princess logo but without the word "Princess", suggesting a possible late decision to exclude her from the franchise. If you'll notice, Rapunzel is no longer included in the lineup chart on the link posted Vor mehr als einem Jahr.

	princesslullaby picked What?? Where did Du hear that??: I'm not so sure this is true. She's included now in the box sets of the Ten Disney Princesses. It is concerning, though, they have always established a princess and made merchandise of her being a princess with the princess logo before the movie even comes out. They STILL have yet to do this with Rapunzel. With the movie's popularity, you think they would have done it by now. They did it with all the previous princesses. posted Vor mehr als einem Jahr.

If they are going to kick out a princess, it should be Mulan(and I don't think they should kick her out), but she isn't a princess and she didn't marry a prince. Where did Du hear that??: But-but SHE'S SO POPULAR, already she's gained more respect and popularity than Tiana has ever had (not that I don't love Tia, she's my favourite but I know that fans don't like her much), Rapunzel's movie's fantastic and they've already included her with some of the other princesses in their doll lines. If they don't make her a princess this could be really disappointing to a lot of her fans. To me it'd be stupid of Disney not to include her. I swear if they don't just because she's CGI we're going to kill some Disney executives. :/ ANOTHER THOUGHT, What would become of Rapunzel on this club? Would we still post content with her in it or would we cast her aside with all of the other princess-rejects. I would really hate to do that to her, she really deserves to be here. Her (and movie) just look out of place next to the others, so it'd be fine if they didn't include her as she seems too different to be included (not personality-wise). It'd just be okay if they made her standalone in my opinion. I hope she is included in the lineup because it makes the Disney Princess franchise look quiet messy somehow. "So we included the Chinease hero who isn't a princess to the Disney Princess franchise but we decided to leave out one of the most iconic fairytale princesses ever (ie Rapunzel) because we kind of felt like it..." Rapunzel is popular as well! Much more popular than Tiana and I'm not just basing that on fanpop. I went to the Disney Store on Oxford Street in London and the girls there where loving all the Tangled merchandise.
