If it's during the part of the movie he goes by Flynn (his career as a thief before he meets Rapunzel, when he first meets Rapunzel, and during their first day adventuring together), I call him Flynn. After he confesses his name is Eugene, I call him such. If I'm just talking about him in casual conversation, I guess I default to Flynn. Fllynn has one syllable wheras Eugene has two.
