Maybe Aladdin but not Jasmine. She has the thick eyebrows and her nose is shaped like the Middle Easterns. Plus her eye shape and the way she wears her makeup is Middle Eastern too.

No, both have dark hair, tanned skin, thick eyebrows and their face features are Middle Eastern too in my opinion.

I do not now why people say that. They have the tanned skin, thin eyebrows and hair, they have the long nose (his is a bit thick as well), and their features represent Middle Eastern as well. Just because if they have modern clothes in that they would look like modern day Americans, does not mean they look white

Well, I'm not too familiar with the differences in facial structure between Americans and Middle Easterns, but they most certainly don't look white....

No, Aladdin looks Arab to me, while Jasmine looks more Indian (Bengali) than Arab at times in my opinion.

No...they both have the typical tanned skin and the typical noses, plus Jasmine has the eyes. one only has to google "Arabian" or "Turkish" woman or model and there will be dozens pictures of woman who look similar to Jasmine, and the same will happen for Aladdin if you google for example "Turkish teen"

I don't get why people say they look like white Americans, they do look Arab. The fact is Arabs are caucasians and they do not all look the same. Not all Arabs are super tan with dark hair.

Arabics? It's called Arabs. Anyway, I should know since I am Arab myself, Aladdin looks kind of like a tan skinned American and jasmine looks Indian. I don't think this movie represented Arabs the right way.

By the way, just because someone has tan skin, a long nose, dark hair and thick eyebrows it does not automatically mean they look Arab. I know many Arabs with green eyes and blonde hair and you can so tell they are Arab. I also know a lot of Arab looking women that don't have long noses. Why do people think Arab=dark hair, tan skin, and long noses? Sorry, but that bothers me. Arabs don't always have the same features, another way of looking Arab is having green eyes and blonde hair. It also depends on just the facial structure and their overall look. People think the only way that you look Arab is if you have dark eyes, dark, hair, tan skin, and long noses. That so isn't true at all.

^ Sorry if I offended you with the Arabics thing (a lot of people say that in Canada instead of Arab).

Wow, I never knew that there were so many varieties of Arabs. I am in a town where 70% of the population is full of Indians, so that was what I was basing off of (I sounds stupid now that I am typing it). It is like saying that all black people have huge noses and lips, and Caucasians have thin noses and lips. It's not that we are trying to offend, but that is what we know of Arabs (appearance wise), and we don't often see an Arab with green eyes or blond hair. It is generalizing

^I understand. But most of the Arabs I've met look European. Arabs have European traits in their looks. Sorry if I sounded rude, It's just I kind of get tired explaining. The way Arabs look varies a lot. But their are many Arabs that have tan skin and darker features, but their are middle eastern countries with people that have light skin, green eyes, and lighter hair. It depends on which Middle eastern country. I was just trying to clear this up.

aladdin yes. he is a tan Tom Cruse, lol. Idk about american but imo Jasmine looks like a tanned Belle with a longer nose.
also lots of americans are tan or blackhaired so that doesnt mean alot. one of my friends (white, medium-light skin, light brown hair, blue grey eyes, mostly Irish) was born so tanned and blackhaired her dad half thought her mom cheated on him with a hispanic dude O_o so that isnt an arabian trait alone.

^I agree with a lot of this. If Aladdin had lighter skin, blonde hair and blue eyes he would look white. Tan skin, black hair, dark eyes, and a long nose means absolutely nothing. I've seen many Indians with those features. The only reason why I picked no is because I think jasmine looks Indian, not like a white american..

^ I don't know. I tried to make of an image where he looks like that, and he does not come off as white American. I don't know. Maybe someone else should do a picture of him with those features to actually see. Something about his bone structure....

It's a little bit funny to say "if you change the nose and skin colour" she looks American...there are more or less five features you can give a drawn face, the shape, the eyes, the nose, the skin colour and the mouth, with the nose being one of the most defining features....so yes, naturally when you change it Jasmine looks more American. If we would change Belle's skin colour and eyes she might look Asian.
