Since Mulan is princess of the month, here some thoughts about which blume fits her the best. The movie, after all, offers some choices. The most obvious one is the magnolia, since that’s the translation of the name Mulan.

Then there is the white blume Mulan wears in her hair when she meets the matchmaker – the same blume she leaves behind when she goes to war. I’m not sure what kind of blume that’s suppose to be. I first considered lotus (since the lotus is such a reveled blume in Asia and gets often connected to the gods), but a lotus has Mehr petals. A white kirsche blossom...

Aladdin: So here we were, early 1990's, and the Disney Renaissance was at its peek. The studios had produced two of the highest grossing animated films of all time and still were pushing on. However the team suffered a tragic loss with the death of lyricist Howard Ashman who surprisingly had had a large amount of creative input on the Zurück two films. (He named Ariel) It was even his idea to make the Weiter Disney animated feature, Aladdin released on November 25, 1992. However, much to the disappointment of many, this would be the last picture to showcase a royal fairytale princess for the...

Snow White

■In The Muppets at Walt Disney World, Snow White was the Disney character who had the biggest part in the story, besides Mickey Mouse.

■In 1988, Snow White was awarded a star, sterne on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

■Snow White is the first Disney Princess, being the main character of Disney's...

Snow White ___________________________

In the beginning of the Grimm's Tale Schneewittchen, Snow White's mother pricks her finger with a sewing needle and three drops of her blood fall onto the snow which lay on the ebony windowsill. Oddly enough, this made her long for a daughter of a similar color scheme. While this reflects the arc of the story: (white)innocence, (red)maturity & love, and (black)death, her name particularly represents a season when the world metaphorically sleeps only to be inevitably awakened with the coming of spring.

#14 Merida

“I’m a boy with long hair.”
“I’m a boy with long hair.”

Merida is one of the most hideous animated females ever. She just screams ugly, unfeminine and manliness. She is the epitome of what’s wrong with strong female characters (or just females in general). Her head shape is hideous and makes her look...

Another fun idea that came to mind, we take two princesses see just how much they have in common. I wanted Pocahontas and Rapunzel first because Punz is a pretty good balance of qualities found in the classic, renaissance and revival princesses so it's easy to do this with her. Plus, it's a very common misconception that Poca is just this peaceful spiritual wise soul, and that's only half of her personality. What better way to debunk that than to compare her to the one of the bubbliest princesses

At first glance because Pocahontas looks mature and Rapunzel looks youthful, some would assume...

This is my guess:
Aurora:I always thought she's tall, but she can be medium height either. I would say 1.70 m,but she can be under that too.
Pocahontas:She's very tall, almost as tall as John Smith and he was tall. She has really long legs too.I guess 180-182 m.
Cinderella: I think she's average height. She's shorter than Aurora. Anything from 165-169 m.She can look tall sometimes.
Esmeralda:She's not a Disney Princess, but I read somewhere that she's the tallest of all Disney Princesses.
My guess is anything from 180 to 184 m.Don't know if she and Pocahontas would be same heght.
Elsa:I read that she...

Yesterday morning, when I looked up information for Frozen's sequel,I found something that baffled my mind beyond belief. It was an article, which stated that Idina Menzel herself,is a supporter for making Elsa a lesbian and giving her a girlfriend.
Where the hell do I even begin with this idea...? Well, let's start with what my reaction towards it was.
When I first saw this yesterday,I was both sad and furious.Even when I had class in the morning,I couldn't shake this out of my head.I think this is even worse than that time they sagte they're going to Zeigen a Mehr playful side of Elsa!

So I never really got to experience much of fashion-culture growing up and have just recently begun to give it any focus oder attention. I have heard of the rule that "Redheads shouldn't wear pink." and I have seen some people discuss this here on FanPop in terms of Ariel and her rosa dress. I have also read many Kommentare debating Aurora's famous "Blue vs. rosa Dress". In those discussions, I heard a talented user on this site, link say things like "She's a Winter." etc. I thought that was so fascinating! I had never heard of this concept before so I decided to look into it. That is how I came...

Hi everyone! I recently learned about the Bechdel Test from a friend and have been wanting to write this Artikel ever since. This test is, at its core, an analysis of how women are portrayed in beliebt culture. It reveals how much women tend to revolve around men in films, books, etc. To pass the test, a film (or any other work of fiction) must meet three requirements: the film must (1) have at least two named female characters (2) who talk to each other (3) about something other than a man. It seems so simple, right? Unfortunately a surprising number of films fail in at least one of these...

Hello guys! Here's the first part of the countdown dedicated to Disney Princesses Couples Month! All DP kisses were included. The most part of the kisses eliminated are from sequels, but there are also some kisses from original Filme that I've never expected to see out. The Sekunde part will be Upload once the countdown will end!

31.Pocahontas and John Rolfe: First Kiss.

It was to be expected, this couple isn't appreciated a lot. Their faces weren't even seen when they kissed; definitively it's the worst DP kiss.

I hate Pocahontas with John Rolfe... ~LauraLane
