The biggest Frage about Frozen? How did Elsa get ice powers. Over the past few weeks, I have observed many theories have got her powers. Please note that none of these are mine, but I can't find the original source. If Du came up with one of these, tell me and I'll credit you.

1. Elsa was born on the Winter Solstice

We learn that Elsa was born with her powers in Frozen. That seems to suggest that there was something 'abnormal' about her birth. Maybe, like one Fan suggested, she was born on the 21st of December (Winter Solstice). This would connect her back to the theme of ice and winter.

2. Elsa's mother (or other family member) was cursed

Elsa definitely cursed so... Was somebody else? Perhaps her mother? If so, I'd Liebe to know why.

3. Elsa's mother was fed a magical plant

In Tangled, Rapunzel get her powers because her mother ate a magical power when she was pregnant. It is possible that the same thing happened to Elsa's mother.

However, I doubt this would be the case in canon. Disney wouldn't make it so close to Tangled.

4. Elsa is related to Jack Frost

Ok, this theory would never be true in canon, but it's fun isn't? Who didn't enjoy the Frost family theory (the one that sagte Elsa was Jack's daughter)

Tygers_Eye That's pretty awesome I love those theories. I doubt the magic plant too (since it would be way too close to Rapunzel's mother) but I'm still fond of the theory of her somehow being touched by the Aurora Borealis. <3 Also of her being a descendent of Jack Frost. Maybe not his daughter since they're 200 years apart, but a descendent of his sister, perhaps? I love it! <3

purplerose17 I read a really good fanfiction and I like this theory: Elsa was a stillborn baby, and Jack Frost saved her life but kinda sorta gave her ice powers. No one saw this happen ( you know cuz he's Jack Frost) so it was a mystery to the king and queen.

Lanalamprouge Those were interesting! I like the aurora borealis but I'm leaning towards curse because even if she just felt like it was a curse she did sing "I can't escape the curse" in the first time in forever reprise

So this is gonna be a kind of short quick article. But since I'm new to the spot I thought I'd kind of just let everyone know who my two Favoriten are and why.

I like Ariel for a few reasons. One of which is the fact that I like her story line the best. I Liebe the whole underwater thing and the fact that she's one of the only not human Princesses is pretty cool. I was in Liebe with the idea of her trying to become human...and the fact that she traded her voice for legs was very unique. Her story was just a fun watch.

Did the triplets not know about Gaston being the Groom?

I don't know if this has been discussed before. I was Lesen Internet Movie Database's message board about whether oder not Belle has any Friends in the village. One of the posters think that the triplets are there setting up for Belle and not Gaston due to the reactions prior to Gaston Wird angezeigt up.

Since earlier on in the scene (I assume on the DVD) Triplet 2 is whispering to Triplet either 1 oder 3rd triplet. That triplet covers their mouth like they;re gasping. When Gaston arrives for some reason they're all shocked. So why would they be shocked if they were setting up for Gaston?

There's also why were the triplets upset that Belle didn't accept Gaston's proposal? Shouldn't they have instead be relieved?
