The anime's ending was one of the worst endings I've ever seen. It was nothing but nonsense.
First they killed L and replaced him with two L-wannabes, who literally are L split into two people. Then they expect us, the watchers, to believe that Light Yagami - the man who defeated L - was fooled by the old book-swap trick?
No, just no.
The manga's ending was better and made more sense.

dude the ending of the manga was terrible light was humiliating and suffering before his death but in the anime he died peacefully without pain

If you mean the anime's ending then yes but if not then no.

I found it satisfying.

I wish Mello was the one to defeat Kira instead of Near but otherwise it was pretty good
