I think she'll be with Damon, but when she turns 30-something they let each other go to give Elena a chance to meet human & have kids... It would be heartbreaking, but DAmon loves her so much he would sacrifice himself to give her a chance to live normal life... I don't want Elena to become a vampire, and she definately won't grow old together with an "eternal stud". Unfortunately:(
