Help please.

So this is a period question.. Anyways, I havent gotten my period in like 45 days. Im always a little overdue on my period. & the past few days, ive been having stomach aches, dizziness, lightheaded, & tiredness/short of breath. & this has nothing to do with the period thing, but I have hashimotos disease which is problems with my thyroid. & yesterday It was abendessen time, &i felt like I had short of breath &lightheaded &paleness. Last Jahr when I found outbi had hashimotos, those symptoms happened, but my endocronologist just changed my pill schedule, so thats probably why I feel that way. my mom thinks its not cause of that, she thinks its my perios but I wake up to no blood. anyways im getting off track.. But my Frage is, do Du guys who are Lesen this think that the stomach ache/dizziness means my period is coming, oder is it something different. Thank Du if Du help(:
