Katara loves Aang. She hates Zuko in seasons 1, 2 and part of 3. Aang even ends up marrying Katara and they have a son named Tensin who teaches Korra ( the Avatar after Aang) airbending in Legend of Korra.

She loves Aang no doubt about it Zutara is just something for Aang haters and Zuko lovers. After all Katara ended up with Aang and Aang was nice to Katara from the beginning while Zuko tried to kill her on occasions.
